Getting started

How do I join EnKrist?

EnKrist is access-restricted: you'll need a valid access code from your parish or community. Enter it when you create your account, along with your name, email, and a password. You must be 18 or older.

Why do I need an access code?

Registration isn't open to the public. The access code keeps EnKrist a trusted, invited community rather than an open network.

I didn't receive my verification email.

Check your spam or junk folder first. You can resend the email from the verification screen after signing up.

Communities & content

Who can see what I post?

You choose the audience for each post — keep it private, share it with a specific community, or share it with everyone on EnKrist. "Everyone" means every admitted member of the platform; it is not published to the open internet.

Can I create my own community?

Yes — you can create communities of the available types and invite others to join. Community types that would gather minors (family, school, and ministry-to-minors) cannot be created; see our Privacy Policy §8.

Can I edit or remove something I posted?

Yes. Open your post to edit it, or remove it — you're always in control of your own content.

How does messaging work?

You can send one-to-one and group messages. Conversations are consent-based: the other person accepts before a chat opens, and you can block, mute, or report at any time.

Privacy & your data

Do you sell my data?

No — never. Your information stays private and protected, and EnKrist runs no surveillance advertising.

How do I download my data?

Go to Settings → Privacy & Data → Download my data for a machine-readable copy of your profile, content, activity, and consents.

Can I stop EnKrist processing my faith data without deleting my account?

Yes. In Settings → Privacy & Data you can withdraw your consent — this erases your faith data but keeps a minimal account (your email and name), with your login intact.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete or Deactivate. Read the Privacy Policy for exactly what deletion does and the narrow records we must retain.

Safety & your account

How do I report something?

Use the report action on a post, comment, or message. Reports go to community moderators, and serious concerns can be escalated to EnKrist directly.

Is EnKrist for children?

No. EnKrist is for adults (18+). The community types that would gather minors cannot be created on the platform — a current-service boundary, not a permanent stance (see Privacy Policy §8).

How do I change my password or update my profile?

In Settings: use Password to get a secure reset link by email, or Profile to update your name, bio, and photo.
